Code of Conduct – Enrollment Management Staff

The enrollment management staff of Bryan College of Health Sciences will:

  • Represent the mission and values of BCHS to prospective students and families
  • Treat all prospective students with integrity in recruitment and marketing strategies
  • Not use high-pressure recruitment tactics
  • Share job placement and licensing examination pass rates based on data
  • Rely on official transcript evaluations by the Registrar
  • Give prospective students an opportunity to opt out of college communication
  • Ensure access to BCHS by marginalized student groups
  • Provide prospective students access to accurate information related to programs of study, admission requirements, cost, financial aid and transfer policies
  • Ensure any electronic records prepared for or about prospective students are protected appropriately
  • Maintain proper etiquette and conduct all interviews in a uniform way
