Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice Program

Step 1: Complete Your Online Application

Before you start, please have the following items on hand:

  • Your transcripts for reference
  • The names of your references


Step 2: Provide Additional Required Admission Materials

  • GRE scores, Bryan College of Health Sciences code: 1244
  • Three reference forms as listed in the application and a Clinical Skills Assessment. The references and clinical assessment form should be sent to the School of Nurse Anesthesia and should reflect an accurate appraisal of clinical skills, experience and the applicant's ability to pursue graduate study. Please use this form for the required references below:
    • Department Head/Supervisor
    • Head Nurse/Team Leader
    • Professional/Personal
  • The Admissions Committee will review all applications and select candidates to attend a personal interview. Only candidates who attend the interview will be considered for admission to the program. The Committee strongly recommends that the applicant complete the required one year of nursing experience, required course work and baccalaureate degree prior to the date of their interview. Interviews are typically scheduled in October each year and are conducted at the College.
