After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email with a list of additional items to submit.
Additional Required Admission Materials:
Official College/University transcript(s)
An official transcript from each college or university where you earned credits must be sent directly to Bryan College of Health Sciences. Many institutions offer a transcript request service on their website. If that is not available, please contact the college(s) or university(ies) you attended and have them mail your transcript directly to Bryan College of Health Sciences.
Two professional references
- Use this reference form to obtain one reference from your RN program faculty and one from your nursing or healthcare supervisor for the MSN.
- Use this reference form to obtain one reference from your graduate nursing faculty and one from your employer/supervisor (nursing or healthcare employer preferred) for the Ed.D.
Professional goal statement
Please give a brief explanation of your professional goals, how the degree/certificate will help you attain your goals, and how your goals are compatible with program philosophy and outcomes. Not to exceed two pages for MSN or 3 pages for Ed.D, double spaced. Program philosophy and outcomes may be found here for MSN and here for Ed.D.
Academic writing sample
Please submit a sample of your academic writing. You can use a sample from a previous academic courses.
