Major: Nursing

Summarize Bryan in five words or less: HOME

Why did you choose Bryan? Ever since I knew I wanted to be a nurse, Bryan has been my dream school. The week of my high school graduation, my grandpa was diagnosed with cancer and had his kidney removed at Bryan. After talking to some nurses and seeing first hand how Bryan alum nurses worked, I knew this was somewhere I wanted to receive an education from. On top of that, I chose Bryan because of the outstanding NCLEX pass rates, the number of clinical hours, job placement rates, and the fact that the second I stepped on campus, it felt like home! An added plus of choosing Bryan for me is that I get to be so close to my grandparents and extended family, which is such a nice thing considering I grew up 4.5 hours away from them!

What are you involved in at Bryan? I am involved with the Ambassador program and intramural volleyball.

Favorite Activity in Lincoln: Husker football games!

Surprising Fact About You: I graduated with 11 students, and I was the only girl to go from preschool to senior year in my class.
