Scholarships

Bryan Foundation Scholarships

Over 250 scholarships are awarded each year to students who demonstrate qualities such as—but not limited to—outstanding academic achievement, leadership involvement and financial need.

  • Applications are open March 1-15 for students to apply
  • Amounts range from $1,000 and up
  • All applicants fill out the online application form on Scholarship Manager
  • Not all eligible students will receive a scholarship

Hospital Partnership Scholarships

Different hospitals across the state of Nebraska offer scholarships for Bryan College of Health Sciences students who are interested in working at their facility. If you are interested in one of these opportunities, please email financial aid. 

Brodstone Memorial Hospital

  • $1500 renewable scholarship per semester
  • Bryan College of Health Sciences student, 2.75 GPA or higher
  • Major: BSN or Sonography
  • Interview Required: No
  • Work Commitment Length: 3 years
  • County of Residence: Clay or Nuckolls
  • Past or Current Attending High School: Superior, Sandy Creek, Lawrence Nelson, homeschool 

Community Medical Center, Falls City

  • $1000 renewable scholarship per semester
  • Bryan College of Health Sciences student, junior or senior, 2.75 GPA or higher
  • Major: BSN, MLS track for Biomedical Sciences or Healthcare Studies
  • Interview Required: Yes
  • Work Commitment Length: 3 years
  • County of Residence: Richardson County preferred, but not required

Gordon Memorial Hospital District

  • $1500 renewable scholarship per semester
  • Bryan College of Health Sciences student, 2.75 GPA or higher
  • Major: Any
  • Essay Required
  • Work Commitment Length: 3 years
  • County of Residence: Panhandle preferred, but not required

Kearney County Health Services

  • $4000 renewable scholarship per semester
  • Bryan College of Health Sciences student, junior or senior, 2.75 GPA or higher
  • Major: BSN or Sonography
  • Interview Required: Yes
  • Work Commitment Length: 3 years

Kearney Regional Medical Center Hospital

  • $5000 renewable scholarship per semester
  • Bryan College of Health Sciences student, 2.75 GPA or higher
  • Major: Undergraduate Degree-Seeking Program
  • Interview Required: No
  • Work Commitment Length: 3 years
  • State of Residence: Nebraska
  • Past or Current Attending High School: High School in Nebraska or Homeschool

Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital

  • $1500 renewable scholarship per semester
  • Bryan College of Health Sciences student, junior or senior, 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Major: BSN
  • Interview Required: Yes
  • Work Commitment Length: 1 year

Thayer County Health Services

  • $2000 renewable scholarship per semester
  • Bryan College of Health Sciences student, 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Major: Any
  • Work Commitment Length: 3 years
  • County of Residence: Thayer
  • High Schools: Any in Thayer County
