Hastings Location
Date: Monday, April 13, 2026
Time: 4-5 p.m.
Location: Hastings Healer Hub and Classroom 331

  • Light refreshments
  • Pick up: Gowns, Announcements, Medallions (if applicable), Nursing pins (if applicable)
  • Photo backdrop with props
  • Decorate your cap! Some supplies provided or bring your own to work on

Students may purchase a BCHS stole, an SGA initiative, to wear with their graduation gowns. A sample stole is available to view at the front office. Orders are due by April 15. Financial assistance is available for those who need it. Please use link below to submit your order.

Ceremony Schedule of Events

4:00 p.m. - Graduate check in, St. Mark's United Methodist Church at 8550 Pioneers Blvd.

4:10 p.m. – Pictures (program pictures)

  • Use the time between program pictures and lineup time to get those pictures with your family and classmates

5:15 p.m. – Line up for processional

  • Follow the prompts and instructions provided by graduation helpers

5:30 p.m. – Graduation

  • The ceremony will be less than an hour

Ceremony Day

  • Don't forget your gown
  • Professional attire under gown
  • Honor medallions and honor society cords may be worn with your regalia

Important Notes

  • Holds, library fines, past due bills, incomplete IDI or Financial Aid exit Counseling – not taking care of these items could hinder getting your diploma until they are taken care of.
  • Donate your student uniform to the uniform closet.
  • Join the Alumni association on their Facebook page.
  • You will be removed from the All Users email group in the week following graduation. You will still be able to use your account.
