Graduation

Graduation will be streamed at 5:30 on the College’s Facebook page:

You will be asked to log in or make an account. In the fine print below you will see, Not Now. It will allow you to view and scroll through the page without needing an account.

Date: Wednesday, November 12, 2025
Time: 3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
Location: East Campus - Room 204

• Light refreshments
• Pick up: Gowns, Announcements, Medallions (if applicable), Nursing pins (if applicable)
• Photo backdrop with props
• Decorate your cap! Some supplies provided or bring your own to work on

4:00 p.m. - Graduate check in, Saint Paul United Methodist Church 1144 M Street

• Enter the building on the south side. You will need to park and plug a meter or park in one of the two parking garages around the church.

4:10 p.m. – Pictures (program pictures)

• Use the time between program pictures and lineup time to get those pictures with your family and classmates

5:15 p.m. – Line up for processional

• Follow the prompts and instructions provided by graduation helpers

5:30 p.m. – Graduation

• The ceremony will be less than an hour

• Each graduate can bring seven guests to attend the Commencement Ceremony
• Guests will need to park and plug a meter or park in one of the two parking garages around the church.

• Don't forget your gown
• Professional attire under gown
• Honor medallions and honor society cords may be worn with your regalia

• Holds, library fines, past due bills, incomplete IDI or Financial Aid exit Counseling – not taking care of these items could hinder getting your diploma until they are taken care of.
• Donate your student uniform to the uniform closet.
• Join the Alumni association on their Facebook page.
• You will be removed from the All Users email group in the week following graduation. You will still be able to use your account.
