The following immunizations are required for all students:

  • Flu vaccine if enrolled during the months when vaccine is mandatory
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccinations or proof of immunity by lab results
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccinations or proof of immunity by lab results
  • Tuberculosis (Two-step TB skin test, or Blood test-IGRA) MSN & Ed.D not required
  • Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis)
  • Meningococcal-Conjugate (only for students under 21 years at time of admission)
  • Hepatitis B (Hep B vaccination series)
    • BSN, Sonography and DNAP also require proof of immunity by lab results
  • COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2)-fully immunized 2 weeks prior to start date of first class or declination for medical, religious, or creed exemption on file with Student Health.  Declination may result in weekly COVID-19 testing requirement.
